1. Senior Mining Engineering

Responsibility :

Evaluate and analyse hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment; monitor the engineer in identify those processes.
Evaluate and analyse actual project performance related to mining activity cost and fuel cost in order to ensure project profit and loss achievement.
Prepare detailed 3WRP (three week rolling plan) referred to monthly plan and 3MRP (three months rolling plan).
Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.

Requirements:

Min. bachelor’s degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
Min. 7 years experiences in mining industry, including at least 2 years in Mine Planning for mineral processing like gold and nickel
Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering
Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations

2. Mining Engineer

Responsibility :

Prepare detailed weekly plan referred to monthly plan and 3 MRP (three months rolling plan)
Ensure short term mine plan applied in daily mine operations, regarding to Pit & Dump design and sequence targets, in order to achieve productivity unit targets
Provide quick solutions on any operational problems on daily mine activities, aligned with current mine plan, in order to ensure productivity unit targets achievement
Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary, as a mediator to the client

Requirements:

Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry
Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software (Minescape, Surpac, Datamine)
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
Good communication and coordination skill
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Willing to be placed in all company site offices.

3. Senior Geologist

Responsibility :

Responsible for the collection, validation and processing of all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model used in Petrosea mine planning or client negotiations.
Facilitate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard operating procedures to ensure that operations understand and operate in accordance with mine planning recovery parameters.
Responsible for the establishment of quality and grade control procedures to monitor and reconcile product quality to ensure quality specifications are met.

Requirements:

Min bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Geology or Mining
Min 5 (five) years experience as a Geologist in mining industry, out of which 2 (two) years as Senior Geologist
Posses an excellent analytical skill
Posses a good communication skill
May be required to work beyond office hours due to project’s requirement

4. Geotech Engineer

Responsibility :

Collect, validate and process all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model used in mine planning or client negotiations
Develop geological database, control variance, and updates model to assist accurate mine planning process
Compile weekly and monthly report model and survey variance, analyze and recommend geological aspect for mine sequences and operations
work with surveyors to monitor, calculate and control coal recovery measurement in order to develop database and coal mining operational applied to the procedure

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology or Engineering Geology or Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experiences in mining or related area
Specialist on Coal Mining
Required to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines
Capable & competence using Slide software
Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written
Willing to be placed in Site Project and travel to others as requested

5. Drill & Blast Engineer

Responsibility :

Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide blasting solutions and optimize blasting performance
Analyze drill and blasting performance in conjunction with Mine Plans and predicted geology to forecast explosives consumption requirements
Prepare explosives forecasts to be used to order and maintain explosive stocks on Site, taking into account delivery times, subcontract requirements and magazine storage

Requirements:

Minimal Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
Min. 3 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting on Mine Sites (Coal preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of drill capabilities and applications (Bucyrus, Sandvik preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of explosive types, handling requirements and applications
Demonstrated knowledge of blast pattern design and the impacts of pattern, hole dia., stemming, PF, etc.
Good general computer skills, including knowledge and use of drill & blast design software (e.g. Shotplus)

6. Mine Surveyor

Responsibility :

Collect and develop survey data and maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
Collect acurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
Coordinate and liase with Engineering & Constructions Team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field
Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.

Requirements:
