Creative Specialist

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop unique, new concepts, campaign ideas, & creative materials for paid media, social media, PR, and website and regularly adjust creative elements to improve on the performance of such creatives/ campaigns
  • Collaborate day-to-day with Jago’s creative agency to produce the best content, which involves determining who-does-what & ensuring all materials are within the brand guidelines
  • Oversee production process such as video shoots & photoshoots, from concepting, ensuring all are within budget, to making sure they are within Jago’s creative standards
  • Communicate & present campaign ideas/ creative materials to internal stakeholders to ensure feedbacks are accommodated
  • Will work most closely with: brand, social media, creative agency
 

Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in creating artwork and communication materials within the digital industry, with preferred previous role as art director or creative group head
  • Highly collaborative, as you will be working very closely with Jago’s creative agency. Experience in managing a team is a plus
  • Strong understanding of creatives in the digital landscape is a must, i.e. creative best practices on various digital platforms (YouTube, FB/IG, mobile networks, OTT platforms, TikTok), which creative elements to adjust to improve ad performance in said platforms, how to adjust creatives to various dimensions/sizes, etc.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Adobe Premier and After Effect
  • Technically savvy, including use of graphic and other software tools (e. g. video editing)
  • Have strong communication skills (including: presentation, managing expectation, negotiation) to elaborate the reasoning behind the creative concept & get a buy-in from stakeholders
  • Fluency in English communication (both verbal and written)
  • Willing to work hybrid (on average: 2 days work from office per week)
  • Willing to work as an individual contributor and across division
  • Ability to adapt to changing work arrangements and dynamical way of working
