Compensation & Benefit Officer

Job Description
  • Assist in providing data for a consistent compensation and benefit guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
  • Assist in conducting salary and labour market research to define benchmarks.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and market competitiveness.
  • Assist market research and analyse on compensation and benefits to drive business goals.
  • Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters.
  • Assist in manage yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure budget plan is within guidelines.
  • Implement and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and assist the appraisal process across business units.
  • Assist in handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).
  • Provide support to line manager and supervisor in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation.

Qualification
  • Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company.

Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field.

Work Experience
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience.


Compensation Benefit Assistant Manager
Job Description
  • Create a consistent compensation and benefit guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Conduct market research and analyse on compensation and benefits to drive business goals
  • Assist to create and develop guideline for expatriate employees, also executive committee (both of local & expat) and administer the C&B package
  • Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
  • Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation
  • Familiar with Job evaluation and having good understanding of full cycle making Job evaluation

Qualification
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Previous experience of job evaluation and labour market surveys
  • Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company

Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field. Magister is a plus

Work Experience
  • Min. 8 years work experience in related field
