1. INBOUND LOGISTIC OFFICER
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound deliveries and PO monitoring in SAP.
- Coordinate BAP checks for import, local, oil, and trucking vendors.
- Follow up invoices and ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve GR issues.
- Compile overtime records and support daily operational accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in logistic operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, agile, and detail oriented.
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
2. IT DCS ENGINEER
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure & parameters.
- Perform commissioning & maintenance of hardware and network.
- Configure network security, access permissions, firewalls, and monitor breaches.
- Deliver end-to-end IT services: monitor performance, ensure compliance, drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 2 years experience in Network Engineering, Instrumentation, DCS, Industrial Automation, or IT Infrastructure.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
3. EXPORT SHIPPING OFFICER
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and verify export documents (OC, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill).
- Coordinate with EXIM and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment.
- Manage COA, Health & Phytosanitary certificates.
- Maintain shipment records.
- Execute corrective action plans for export processes, especially shipping documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, logistics software & COO system
- Strong organization, detail-oriented, and clear communication are the most critical qualifications for success in this role.
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
4. IMPORT OFFICER
What You’ll Do:
- Review & send import shipping documents to transporter.
- Manage pre-clearance and material arrival schedule.
- Coordinate clearance process until cargo release.
- Arrange container entry schedule with unloading team.
- Verify HS code & process BC 2.3 for compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role in manufacturing, trading, or logistics.
- Proficient in Excel, Ceisa 4.0, logistics & shipping liner websites.
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
5. BONDED ZONE RECEIPT DECLARATION
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit bonded zone receipt declarations to customs.
- Verify documents and HS code for incoming bonded goods .
- Coordinate with warehouse & customs on receipt and inspection process.
- Maintain accurate records of bonded goods in/out in system.
- Ensure compliance with bonded zone regulations & deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role in bonded zone, warehouse, or customs.
- Familiar with Ceisa 4.0, BC 2.3, and bonded zone system.
- Proficient in Excel & detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
