MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – Business and Marketing Development
Job Description :
- Involve in assigned Department (Business Development /Research & Development/ Production /Quality Control /Quality Assurance / Purchasing / Legal) through all product developing process.
- Identify and actively seek out potential partnership and acquisition opportunities in the beauty manufacturing industry through various channel.
- Up to date with market, industry trend, competitors, and regulations & guidelines Of the beauty manufacturing industry.
- Create appropriate and effective marketing materials for potential customers.
- Propose strategic direction to increase productivity and generate more revenues & profit.
- Be prepared for leadership and managerial skill development and finally lead the team as Supervisor or Manager.
Qualification :
- Max age 35 yo.
- Graduate from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.0, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Open for all major (business and marketing major are more preferred).
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the beauty manufacturing industry are more preferred.
- Have great communication, management, coordination, and problem solving skills.
- Able to provide and implement appropriate and creative solutions when needed.
- Self-driven with result oriented and able to work alone or in a group.
- Have personal vehicle will be an added value
