Digital Marketing Performance Strategist

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing or Media
  • Have a good understanding of Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Social Media Analytics, etc
  • Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, etc
  • Get used to working with data and able to perform spreadsheets-based formula to translate campaign data to actionable insights
  • Good communication skills, Bahasa and English, written and verbal

Job Descriptions:
  • Work together with KOL Operations to maintain KOL & Community
  • Involvement in the digital media performance strategy development process.
  • The effective translation of the media strategy / property into detailed plans.
  • Manage, track and monitor metrics of all performance marketing initiatives across the platform
  • Manage all digital performance marketing activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media ads, video, display advertising campaigns, etc
  • Provide analysis and insights on campaigns to continuously improve and optimize campaign deliverables
  • Support the Digital team in executing digital campaign activities and able to prove effectiveness in the business level
  • Manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities, such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of website and web pages.
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings research.
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
  • Managing paid media
  • Suggest creative growth hacking strategies and improve the performance marketing funnel conversion rate
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Effectively manage campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing
