1. Trainer Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Work closely with Company representatives related to the implementation of the contract services
  • Assist project Training & Development (T&D) to provide training and development programs such as developing training programs and schedules, including reports related to Training & Development activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • The minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in all disciplines with 4 years of working experience or an associate degree (D3) in all disciplines with 7 years of working experience in training program administration and management and such, with a minimum of 3 years of which in the project and/or oil and gas or petrochemical facility handling.
  • The candidate shall be skilled to use Microsoft Office software, such as Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, etc.

2. Safety Administration
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Establish and implement an efficient document control system and procedures.
  • Develop documentation system, centralized document numbering and archiving of key deliverables such as an incident report, leading and lagging indicator report of Contractor and supervised Construction Contractor, incident investigation result, report of speed driving violation monitoring, and other report submitted to Company.
  • Responsible to ensure all managed documents are used for Company business purposes including storing in an electronic system that is accessible by the Company, consisting of the native file, working file, and scanned documents.
  • Compile all project correspondences and maintain good project history.
  • Personnel under this job title is not allowed to perform non-billable Contractor activities, including but not limited to timesheet record and billing process, act as the secretary of management position, or other clerical function that has no connection directly with Services under this Contract.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree (S1) in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industry, petroleum, geological, marine, metallurgy, physics, or construction management engineering.
  • The candidate shall have a minimum of 18 years of working experience in various construction and construction management, with a minimum of 15 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, and a minimum of 5 years of which are at a managerial position.
  • In the last 12 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Management Area Manager for EPC or Construction Management contracts and as the main representative of construction on projects for oil & gas or petrochemical multinational companies with a minimum single contract value of US$ 45 million.
  • The candidate shall have a broad knowledge of various construction aspects, such as various construction techniques, HES application for construction activities, various methods for constructability review, applicable construction-related quality standards, various methods for construction progress measurement, and pre-commissioning and commissioning execution, etc.
  • The candidate shall demonstrate strong HES leadership, be proficient in business administration processes and understand contract law & principles.
  • The candidate shall have strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
  • Communicate actively in English (verbal and written) which will be proven by the interview process with the Company representative.

3. Equipment Administration
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Establish and implement an efficient document control system and procedures.
  • Develop documentation system, centralized document numbering, and archiving of key deliverables such as report broke/downtime of construction equipment/vehicle, inspection result performed to Construction Contractor, and others to be reported to Company.
  • Responsible to ensure all managed documents are used for Company business purposes including storing in an electronic system that is accessible by the Company, consisting of native files, working files, and scanned documents.
  • Personnel under this job title is not allowed to perform non-billable Contractor activities, including but not limited to timesheet record and billing process, act as the secretary of management position, or other clerical function that has no connection directly with Services under this Contract.
  • Work closely, assist and report to Equipment Inspector related to construction equipment administration.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum education is a diploma (D3) in any discipline with 5 years of working experience in document control and reporting system of construction activity in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
  • The candidate shall be skilled to use Microsoft Office software, such as Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, etc.

4. Project Control Administration
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Establish and implement an efficient document control system and procedures.
  • Develop documentation system, centralized document numbering, and archiving of key deliverables such as drawing, specification, design, calculation, etc applied to Company.
  • Responsible to ensure all managed documents are used for Company business purposes including storing in an electronic system that is accessible by the Company, consisting of native files, working files, and scanned documents.
  • Compile all project correspondences and maintain good project history.
  • Develop project reporting, field progress, resources usage, and allocation of the Construction Contractor supervised by the Contractor to be reported regularly to the Company or other Stakeholders.
  • Personnel under this job title is not allowed to perform non-billable Contractor activities, including but not limited to timesheet record and billing process, act as the secretary of management position, or other clerical function that has no connection directly with Services under this Contract.
  • Report to and assist Lead Project Controls for the execution of project control administration issues on Construction Contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum education is a diploma (D3) in any discipline with 5 years of working experience in document control and reporting system of construction activity in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
  • The candidate shall be skilled to use Microsoft Office software, such as Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, etc.

5. Lead Project Controls
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Lead and supervise a group of Contractor’s project control consisting of Project Controls Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Material Controller in order to provide various project control Services to Company in accordance with construction execution by Construction Contractor.
  • Ensure all systems, processes, and procedures for project control are consistently and well-implemented including but not limited to construction portfolio management including prioritization and work distribution, resources management, project/construction schedule development, cost estimating and controlling, schedule estimating and controlling, documents management, assisting and mentoring Construction Contractor to enhance project and resources control, etc.
  • Monitoring and ensuring Contractor’s claim process and other supporting processes, execute as per Contract’s expectation.
  • Working with all Contractor departments and Company Representative in front of Construction Contractor in the implementation of the Services specifically to ensure construction activity runs safely, on schedule, and complies with other requirements as requested by the Company.
  • Actively working with Company’s representative to ensure all programs initiated by the Company are applicable on-site, and to provide insight to Company regarding innovation programs or other necessary improvements.
  • Report to and assist Project Control Manager in the implementation of construction portfolio management services to get proper construction resources distribution and support project/construction completion in accordance with schedule and cost.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering, science, economics, management, or computer with 10 years of working experience in project controls and a minimum of 8 years of which experience as a leader of a Project Controls department or a leader that lead Schedulers and Cost Controller for oil and gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
  • The candidate shall have a broad knowledge of various project controls practices and related codes & standards, including thorough knowledge and skills in scheduling & costing methods with associated procedures & computer applications with associated software and IT systems.
  • The candidate shall have a strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.

6. Construction Administration
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Establish and implement an efficient document control system and procedures.
  • Develop documentation system, centralized document numbering, and archiving of key deliverables such as drawing, specification, design, calculation, etc applied to Company.
  • Responsible to ensure all managed Construction documents are used for Company business purposes including storing them in electronic systems that are accessible by the Company consists of a native file, working file, and scanned document.
  • Compile all project correspondences and maintain good project history.

7. Process Engineer (GETP)
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Support engineering deliverables as per Contract and on schedule
  • Perform engineering support to Procurement and Design and Drafting Team
  • Perform engineering for Proposal preparation
  • Assist and support Senior Engineer in regard to the quality and schedule of deliverables
  • Maintain all work performance in accordance with the Quality Management System as the preparator
  • Perform engineering support to Construction
  • Provide engineering support relates to QA/QC such as inspection, factory acceptance test, certification, etc.

Requirement :
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering as per their discipline
  • Max 2 Years Experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Good in English – Speaking & Writing

8. Electrical Engineer (GETP)

9. Mechanical & Piping Enginerr (GETP)

  • Assist and support Senior Engineer in regard to the quality and schedule of deliverables

10. IT Coordinator
Main Duties
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major Information Technology projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages, including coordinating them with respective IT providers;
  • Monitor performance of Information Technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure;
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs;
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software;
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations;
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy;
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems;
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time;
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures;
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports;
  • Managing and reporting on allocation of IT annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Have a good ability in the language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least has 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
