Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Industrial & External Relation Specialist, you will be responsible to ensuring HR compliance within employee (permanent & outsource); Maintaining harmonious industrial and external relation by developing routine program with external stake holder to ensure open and effective communication between company, government and its employees including union; Taking role as security champion to ensure security aspects in factory.

A day in the life of...
  • Implementation of HR compliance by conduct compliance audit                
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program to maintain harmonious industrial and external relation 
  • Execute regular meetings with labor union through bi partite                 
  • Ensure collective labor agreement is valid                 
  • Execute 3rd party provider compliance audit                
  • Develop security service provider with optimum cost                
  • Ensure and manage security performance through performance meeting      
  • Spend a qualitative time on the shop-floor, connecting and engaging team through coaching as part of Leadership at shop-floor implementation                
 
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Any major, preferable major of Law or Management
  • Experience minimum 5 years in the same position
  • Good knowledge on regulation of manpower and industrial relation
  • Employee Relation certification
  • Has a good networking and communication
