Finance Officer
Job Responsibilities
Involved in annual budget preparation, ensure that all expenditures are in line with the agreed budget on a daily basis, control, monitor and ensure revenue to receivable process are perform in accordance with the company policies and accounting principles, such as PSAK and IFRS.
- Coordinate, monitor and ensure the timely satisfaction of the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent stipulated in the financing documentation.
- Coordinate with the relevant project team members to ensure coherent and consistent feedback/position on the issues/requirements raised by Lenders.
- Liaise with lenders and its advisors, monitor the compliance with the debt servicing schedule, covenants and reporting requirements stipulated in the financing documents.
- Prepare supporting data for the structuring of the project agreements (eg. PPA, EPC, Coal Supply, O&M) and the consultancy agreements with third party advisors (eg. lenders’ legal advisor, technical advisor, coal advisor, insurance advisor, etc).
- Prepares regular monthly revenue calculations, invoicing and monitoring The Company’s receivable.
- Prepare annual budget and perform monitoring on budget realization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably from Power Industry or Auditor from reputable public accounting firm

Technical Specialist Renewable
Job Responsibilities
To collect or acquire, analyze, compile, and consolidate all the accurate technical data and resource/site information as per standards or related codes, applicable regulations, including any requirements on the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) as part of the "Site Studies Report" to be sufficiently used for the FEED, resource assessment, performance optimization, Configuration Study for the fully compliance & competitive bid documents, any assigned techno-economy analysis or study and/or technical specifications/MFS for EPC Contract as per project needs, i.e., Performance, Schedule, Budget, and Compliances and as required for the development, M&A, implementation and O&M of the Renewable and Green Energy projects.
- To collect/acquire, analyze, compile and consolidate all the required primary and secondary data (e.g., resources/site conditions, survey, data measuring, and site studies) either by in-house and/or together with Site/ Local Consultant(s) as part of the “Site Studies Report” in order to be sufficiently used for the FEED, resource assessment, performance evaluation, configuration study as per Project Needs.
- To identify, analyze and compile all necessary technical specifications, scope of works, technical requirements to be fully covered in the Technical Bidding Documents in order to be fully complied with PLN’s RFP/PPA and Lenders requirements or Project Needs.
- To coordinate and works with technical consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors with the aim to get the most optimum performances (Reliability, Availability and efficiency) and competitiveness (Capex & Opex) on the selected technology and/or technical solutions or as per Projects needs.
- To play a key role or lead in the Technical and ESG preparation, selection, execution as part of the EPC contract for the Projects
- To assist the other Company’s subsidiaries and/or Specific Project Company (SPCs) in providing technical supports as per requested
- To identify, prepare and screening the proper technical Consultants (both local and international advisors), EPC contractor, subcontractors and/or OEMs selection and recommendation the most suitable / preferred candidates to meet with Project needs.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering (Renewable/Sustainable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry)
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, O&M Engineer, Performance Engineer preferably in Renewable Energy Industry
- Preferably having exposure in Renewable Energy Power Plant Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance
- Have good knowledge about International and National Codes & Standards and Regulations related to the Renewable Energy, including National Grid Code and TKDN

Maintenance Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to coordinate Maintenance plan with POMMS Engineer to control the implementation of Maintenance System as well as to monitor the Maintenance activity report to ensure the implementation of maintenance system is well, optimum and effective conducted according to O&M Manual standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.
- Analyze effectiveness of maintenance schedule if required revision such like as period/frequency of inspection, additional equipment inspection to be listed, etc.
- Coordinate with Work Order (WO) requestor and CMMS engineer for complete clarity of equipment down time and preparation of troubleshooting if required. And analyze unnecessary WO to be issued.
- Communicate with WO requestor for work or troubleshooting completion. Ensure, the equipment serviced in good performance.
- Provide schedule for planned and unplanned overhaul including planning rectification that need plant/unit/equipment shut down.
- Prepare annual budget plan, monitor approved budget, provide budget execution by annually for Engineering section and collect budget plan from Maintenance department.
- Implement the K3LH regulation, procedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Operations Department in accordance with Company policy in order to achieve Company objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational target and quality standard.

Unit Controller
Job Responsibilities
Operate, control and monitor the Power Plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary Plant) according to K3LH regulation and applicable procedure and standard in order to ensure the Plant achieve the operational target and runs normal, reliable, efficient, continuity and also health, safety and environmental friendly.
- Operate and monitor Plant equipment according to applicable procedure and standard to reduce the house load power in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of Plant operations.
- Conduct all required action in emergency situation on equipment operation to ensure safe operation for equipment and manpower and prevent equipment tripped in accordance with procedure.
- Communicate with field operator to check equipment condition in order to ensure the parameter on DCS and field is accurate and solve any potential trouble in accordance with procedure.
- Conduct information exchange with personnel of next shift regarding plant situation and condition in order to ensure the personnel of next shift is aware of arising issue.
- Conduct observation and analyze the trend of equipment parameter on DCS and field to ensure the follow up action required is accurate before report to Shift Leader and Maintenance Department.
- Operate change over equipment according schedule and procedure in order to achieve the availability of equipment operations.
- Conduct equipment Isolation (LOTO) by system accurately and timely manner in accordance with Permit-to-Work Procedure to ensure the safety of maintenance activity.
- Conduct 5R activities in working area to ensure the cleanliness and safety condition in accordance with standard and procedure.
