Manager, Film & Series Marketing - Indonesia

The Role
  • This role is unique. So is the right candidate. In this role, You will lead the launch of end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns (from strategy and media planning to tactical execution, optimization and performance analysis) for our local and international films and series, to create buzz and fandom around our titles.
  • Your work will include but will not be limited to - creative strategy, title positioning, building briefs, campaign architecture, asset development and placements (AV/trailers, digital, social, print and out-of-home, activations, stunts, guerrilla etc.), media strategy, marketing shoots, budgeting, talent management and agency partnerships among others.
  • You will work closely with, inspire and challenge our creative and media agency partners to find the right media, placements and ad formats to develop and deliver holistic and seamless title campaigns.
  • You will be a member of a small and nimble group of marketing professionals based in our Jakarta office, and will work in close partnership with our Content, Marcomms and other internal teams to create marketing campaigns that balance both creative and media from strategy to execution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably in the entertainment industry or consumer brand that intersects with Indonesian entertainment + culture (TV, film, gaming, sport)
  • A proven track record of building impactful, world-class creative campaigns that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist. We are not only building campaigns, we are transforming our properties into culturally relevant brands.
  • A natural leader, team player, and project manager; you are a selfless, collaborative marketing professional who will go beyond your roles to get great work done
  • Passionate about great stories. You can talk on and on about your favorite shows, genres, and creators you admire in your life.
  • Inherently bold and comfortable with risk-taking
  • Strong presentation, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. This person should be a proactive self-starter, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and wear multiple hats
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of Netflix and the Netflix business at large
