1. Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Manage, monitor and ensure financial request is according to company regulations
  • Generate costing/capex and profitability reports
  • Create financial modeling and integrated reporting
  • Generate necessary  reports related with duties and responsibilities

REQUIREMENT :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance management, accounting
  • 3 years of Accounting & Finance experience will be an advantage
  • Familiar to using SAP will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a good ability in MS. Excel
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good Problem – solving and time management skill

2. Accounting Head

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversees Accounting operations which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.
  • Ensure that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

REQUIREMENT

  • 5 years of working experience as accounting in large-scale manufacture & retail.
  • Preferably have leadership experience.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Mastery of accounting and tax preparation software

3. Accounting Team

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Implement accounting operations for the holding company on a daily basis
  • Review financial statements of subsidiaries and create consolidated financial statement
  • Corporate maintenance for holding company and several subsidiaries, onshore and offshore

REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh graduates from Bachelor Degree in accounting
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel Particular
  • Enthusiastic in number and detail

4. Tax

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist in cheking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation, payment, reporting
  • Responsible for the company’s tax operations
  • Ensuring that every tax calculation and payment is in accordance with tax regulations
  • Asssist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting
  • Update tax regulations
  • Work closely with the team to prepare annual tax reports

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance management, accounting, taxation
  • 2 years of Accounting & Finance experience will be an advantage.
  • Have a good ability in MS. Excel
  • Competencies :  Tax application, Tax regulation and procedures,  Tax Compliance
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Have and Understand about Bravet A & B

6. Purchasing

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Dealing with global supplier to carry out all the activities necessary to purchase raw material in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements
  • Perform the assigned purchasing activities with procedures and provided systems and tool
  • Monitoring the shipment delivery process, to make sure the raw material needed fulfilled the required lead-time process

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum bachelor degree of all majors
  • Have minimum 1 year as purchasing will be a good advantage
  • Good ability in English and Mandarin (written and oral) is a plus
  • Communicative, adaptive
  • Target oriented
  • Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point

7. Talent Acquisition

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Liaising and working closely with the hiring users to establish the specifications and qualifications they are looking for from potential candidates
  • Independently conducting sourcing process utilizing online and offline portals to attract potential candidates
  • Screening and filtering the potential candidates based on the discussion with users
  • Performing in timely manner and making sure the potential candidates meet users expectation

  • Managing candidates journey through all the process from sourcing up to onboarding stage
  • Manage job portal and social media

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology / Human Resource Management / equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Talent Acquisition function
  • Good communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with users
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management

8. Legal Staff

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Able to interpret legal opinion and legal information from notary, law consultant or government organization in handling case and agreement.
  • Reviewing draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements to support various business activities.
  • Assist in reviewing commercial operational documents and involved in corporate litigation.
  • Coordination with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate course of action have been taken.
  • Problem solving for any legal issue

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Law from reputable university minimal GPA. 3.00
  • Have a 1 years legal experience, fresh graduated welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Detail oriented, strong communication and influencing skill.
  • Able to work mobile

9. Warehouse Support

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Packing promo material for activation purposes
  • Make sure the bicycles in the warehouse are set and ready to use
  • Create update stock report for bicycle, helmet, and promotion material
  • Make sure the warehouse area is clean, neat, and well organized
  • Record in and out stock in the warehouse
  • Receive and check the incoming stock from vendor/supplier
  • In charge for stock transfer process from one warehouse to another

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum graduated from SMA/D3
  • Have experience minimum 1 year as warehouse admin is a plus point
  • Have SIM A
  • Familiar in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Diligent, honest, and trustworthy

10. Copywriter Intern

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Proficiency in researching and crafting thoughtful and engaging blog content, articles, landing page content, email copy to targeted audiences to help increase conversions
  • In-tune with and open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best product possible.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree Communication Must be familiar with creating content that is optimized for SEO as well as conversions.
  • Must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines.
