HR Development Staff
We are urgently looking for a HR Development (Staff), with detail information as follows:
Responsibility :
- Handling end to end recruitment
- Handling employee’s development training
- Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
- Organize database and provide report
- Support administrative activities & project for all HR process such as Recruitment, Training, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or in a Recruitment Firm) with at least 2 years of working experience
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Prior experience working in fast paced and high volume environment will be a huge advantage.
- Having experience in handling employee’s development training with at least 2 years of working experience
- Having a knowledge with Training Need Analysis
- Having HR certification from BNSP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Can join as soon as possible
