Qualifications:
  • Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position

  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures

2. Management Trainee Finance
Job Description:
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate travel bookings and logistics in line with company policies.
  • Operate accounting software, particularly Accurate, for data entry and report generation.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure timely documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external financial regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax-related documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Must hold Brevet A & B certification

3. Management Trainee Finance (Specialized in Tax)
Job Description:
  • Managing and overseeing monthly and annual tax reporting, including PPh Masa, PPh Badan, and PPN (Value Added Tax)
  • Ensuring all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with Indonesian tax regulations
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly PPN reports (e-Faktur)
  • Creating and uploading tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) through the e-Faktur system
  • Ensuring accurate input and output tax reconciliation
  • Verifying the validity of incoming tax invoices from vendors
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of valid tax invoices
  • Managing the submission of PPN SPT (Surat Pemberitahuan Masa PPN) via e-FiIing
  • Handling VAT audits and preparing supporting documentation when required
  • Utilizing Coretax for tax calculation, reporting, and electronic submissions
  • Maintaining and organizing proper tax documentation, including audit trails and reconciliation reports
  • Operating Accurate accounting software for daily financial data entry and tax-related reporting
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and external tax authorities as needed
  • Monitoring changes in tax regulations, particularly related to VAT/PPN, and updating internal processes accordingly
  • Responding to audits and tax-related inquiries from government agencies
  • Performing additional finance-related tasks as assigned

4. Flight Following Officer
Job Description:
  • Monitoring and tracking all active flights in real time using flight following systems and tools
  • Communicating with pilots to ensure flight status, schedule adherence, and safety
  • Coordinating with relevant internal units (e.g., maintenance, dispatch) and external agencies (e.g., air traffic control)
  • Maintaining operational logs, records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Reporting and escalating operational irregularities or emergencies as per company procedures
  • Supporting other OCC activities and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Diploma (D3) in Aviation or a related field is required
  • Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply
  • 1 — 2 years of experience in airline operations, dispatch, or OCC roles is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of flight tracking systems, aviation regulations, and airspace structure
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Keen attention to detail and situational awareness in real-time operations
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to flight safety

5. Travel Officer
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in travel coordination, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with various departments to manage travel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking and managing travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems is a plus.

6. Tax Officer
Job Description:
